My period is very heavy but my doctor....?!

Question: My period is very heavy but my doctor!.!.!.!.!?

my doctor gave me medroxy progesterone to induce my period because I havent had one in a few months but i have always been irregular, but this period is very heavy!! It soaks thru underwear and jeans fast, and the past nights I have awoken SOAKED in blood (sry about graphics) my cramps are horrible, and I have been having sharp pains and tightening in my pelvis area!.!.!. also I have dark blackish/red clots that com out all the time, the are not small by any means!. what is going on with me!?! I have had this period for 7 days now and it doesn't seem to be letting up any time soon!!!HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com
