Lower pelvic pain- only on one side?!

Question: Lower pelvic pain- only on one side!?

For the last couple of days, I've been having a sharp pain in my lower pelvic area (I am female by the way), but it's only on the left side!. It's especially when I sit, stand, bend, or lean!.
