ok I assume you know about pads which are fine for some situations but not all!. Tampons come in many different sizes!.!. You may have tried one of your moms which may have been to big!.!. Use a slendar or regular size!. The smallest you can find then practice inserting them a few times!.!. They only feel wierd the first few times!.!. You cant wear pads for many things so it would be good to get used to tampons!.!.Try the smallest size!.!. Stay away from anything that says super or super plus!.!. They are big ones!.!. Regular would be like medium and slendar is small!.!.Some of them come with applicators and some don't!. Get the plastic applicators it will say it on the box and stay away from the cardboard applicators!.!. The plastic are smoother and go in easier and you can put a little ky jelly or vasaline on it on the tip to help it go in!.The ones without applicators are a little harder to put in because they are just the tampon and you push it up inside with your finger!.!.The one brand that comes to mind is OB!.Those dont have applicators and they are in a short little box so you will know!.!. Also you don't have to worry as they will not break your hymen and you will still be a virgin!.!. Good luck!.!. As for the sex you will be just fine!.!. You have awhile yet!.!. Deal with the tampons first the rest will fall into place!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was scared to use them too when I was younger!. After I started using them though I totally regretted not using them earlier!. It's so much better than a pad!. At least it is to me!. You have to start out with the small ones!. Get the light ones and wear a pad at the same time 'cause they definitely aren't going to hold very much!. Then after using those a couple times move up to the regular then the supers!. If you have a strong period you may need to still wear a ultra thin pad or something until you figure out what works best!. And it may seem funny, but make sure you put it in the right hole! My best friend wasn't doing that and that's why it hurt her!. If you put it in and it hurts that means you put it in wrong, like at an angle!. Take it out and put a new one in until you can't really tell it's there!. Make sure you change them regularly!. And sex usually hurts a little the first time no matter what!. Don't stress about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You know, in all honesty, you don't have to wear tampons!. Wear pads!. But if you put tampons in, you will be able to have sex just fine!. I don't see how you correlate sex with tampons!. Tampons are just there, absorbing the blood, then, you getting it out, and you are totally fine!. It might hurt to get it in the first time, but then, it feels like you have nothing there that you forget to take them out, which happens to me, and that's not healthy, because if you have it for more than 4 hours, there's a small probability that you will get a fatal syndrome, but you are going to be able to have sex Just Fine!

If you decide to wear tampons, follow the guidelines on the tampons, and change them every 4 hours!. If you are more comfortable with pads, stick to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just didn't get the knack of it!. Tampons don't hurt!.
Anyway you don't have to use a tampon if you don't want to!.
Don't worry about having sex at this time!. And don't worry about overcoming your fear of sex or of tampons!. You don't have to use tampons, and you aren't ready for sex yet!. Work it out when you need to, not now!. By then you may not even have any such problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was scared to use tampons at first also!. it takes a few tries to get used to it!. i used to think it hurted when u put it in but it really doesnt!. and when you are wearing it you dont feel it at all!. and it really is a good thing to use for your period because you can avoid accidents in your clothes!. i hope this is helpfulWww@Answer-Health@Com

Use lots of "KY Jelly" or personal lubricant (not Vaseline or other stuff) bought at the drugstore!.

First RELAX!. Just insert part way and pull out, try again, etc!. You have to pass a slightly tighter ring at the start of the vagina, just like the one in your rectum!. Once past this, it goes easier!.

Your feelings are normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
