The lumps are razor burn from shaving!.
I would recommend getting a Brazilian wax done at a salon!. A Brazilian wax includes the anal area!.
If you do not care to get the whole pubic area waxed (it is very painful) buy a waxing kit and wax your own anus!. It is easier than shaving because you cannot really break the skin like you can with shaving!. After all, it is very dangerous to put a blade somewhere sensitive that you cannot see!.
If you still want to shave your anus, try squatting over a hand mirror while you are shaving so that you can have some view of what you are doing!.
As for your razor burn problem, be sure to use a fresh razor blade each time!. I've also found that men's razors work better for pubic hair than women's razors because the hair is more coarse!. Apply baby oil to the area immediately after shaving!. Go without panties for as long as possible (like try shaving in the evening and hanging around in a robe) and only wear your softest panties for the next 2 days to prevent friction, which causes the bumps!.

Wow, Uh Not to be rude but really who would care if your butthole is hairy!? The bumps are either ingrown hair or razor burn either way they don't hurt you unless they are painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
