Answers:
Yes, you fill the little applicator tube and insert it into the vagina!. Then you press the plunger and withdraw the tube- leaving the cream behind!. You do not clean it out later!. Most of it will be absorbed by the vaginal tissues, some will come out on it's own!. You will want to wear at least a pantyliner to save your undies in the meantime!. You should never try to clean the vagina- douches are not good for you at all!. The vagina cleans itself!. After you use the applicator, though- do please wash that well and let it dry before using it again!. That does need cleaning!. Your vagina does not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put the tube in and then push all the cream inside of it into your vag!.
i would do it just before sleep so you can lie down so it doesnt come out!.
you could wear a pantie liner just in case!.
dont clean it out!
let the cream stay in over night and then when you take a shower the next day you can rinse it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

is it a night treatment!? you leave it in overnight and in the morning wear a pad for protection, the cream will start to leak out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
