Answers:
Nope, the amount of sleep you did or didn't get didn't affect how tall you grew!. The factors for that are genetics (how tall your parents are) and nutrition (if you ate enough protein/calcium rich foods to help with the essential body building blocks)!. Also growing comes in spurts, you'll grow a bunch and then you'll slow down, then you'll grow and slow down!. You may continue to grow a little bit more as your body grows until it's early 20's, but don't expect it to be like 4 more inches!. More than likely about an inch more at the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The amount you sleep can effect cognition and emotional status and can leave you more susceptible to infection and illness, but it will not hinder your ability to grow!.

Growth is dictated primarily by genetics and nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Defiantly genetics and nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
