I advice on losing weight?!


Question: I advice on losing weight!?
I used to be 140 before I had my first child!. Before I delivered I was 230 pounds!. I can't lose the weight!. After I had my child I was down to about 213 but I feel so unhappy!. Its still to cold in Alaska to take my daughter for walks in her stroller!. I want to lose the wieght but I really don't know where to start!. Its hard trying to do things and being a stay at home mom!. I just feel so tired!. How can I change my routine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

im not sure on the weight thing as i only go by stone dont know pounds! but ive had two kids and i do an excercise video every morning, and also do not buy and sweets or chocolate so there not there for me to snack on!. just snack on fruit and veg as well as your normal three meals a day!. I also dish my meals up on a smaller plate so have smaller portions!. drink plenty of water also i i find that im often thirst when i think im hungry!. Tiredness is a problem but if your eating the right foods and drinking enough water you should be set up for the day ahead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In your situation, you should start by eating more fruits & vegetables a day!. & is recommended by doctors to Drink 8 glasses of water a day!.
At least that will Cut the amount of calories you consume a day!. Which will result in loosing weight!.

It's all very simple my dear! Exercise!. It doesn't matter what type so long as it starts with 30mins and gets your heart rate up!. I've lost 2 stone just by exercising!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
