Question: Women who have been on the birth control pill - please help!.!.!.!?
I just stopped taking the pill (Ortho Tri Cyclen-lo) last month!. I am wondering if anyone else has stopped taking the pill and had some odd symptoms that you dont normally have!. Like I have heard some women have sore breasts before their period, but I never have, but am now experiencing that!. I also was very sore in my uterus region around the time I ovulated!. I am just wondering if this sounds like things that can happen when you get off the pill, or any of this has happened to you!.!.!.!. for some other details, I stopped taking it because it gave me extremely high BP, I had been on it a year and I have 2 children (4 & 1) if that matters!.!.!. thanks to all answers/help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a few side effects when I went off of my birth control a few months ago!. I had a period that lasted for around 3 weeks and a tremendous amount of spotting!. I also have ovarian cysts, and my "cramps" from the cysts are SO much more painful when I'm off the pill!. I'd call your doc just to be safe, but I did have some side effects when I went off of the pill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like your body is on a normal hormone change from having kids and stopping the pill!. I had the same problems so I started on lo-ovral-love it! Make sure you are doing breast exams and go in for your yearly for preventative visits!. You are not alone on this!. Hang in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
