Is there anything good about putting a camomile tea bag in a hot tub and bathing!
Question: Is there anything good about putting a camomile tea bag in a hot tub and bathing in it!?
I'm having various health problems and since I don't have bath oil pearls, bath salts, bath scents, etc!. I'm thinking maybe herb tea in my hot tub will help !. !. !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

one teabag in a whole hot tub isn't going to do a thing, and very likely the hot tub is drying your skin too much!. Chamomile is an astringent and will dry the skin even more, but in an entire hot tub!.!.!. you'd need a pound of tea to make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes,the scent is so soothing and relaxing that the stress goes away!.
Just make sure you get rid of those teabags one by one though when you are done bathing or risk having a stucked-up drainage :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com
