Diet & fitness were no help. Will this diet work?!


Question: Diet & fitness were no help!. Will this diet work!?
only about 1200 calories a day, at most 1500!.
I nevere eat junk food (I pride myself on that)
I drink a lot of water!.
Going to a gym is out of the question!.
I usually run for at least 15 minutes or do something really physical in gym class everyday!.
I do abs/thigh work outs every night!. For about 20 minutes!. except for tongiht because my stomach hurts!.
I am 16 and I weigh 120 lbs I am 5' 5"
Iknow I am not overweight, but I am just feeling self conscious and with summer on the way, I just want to touch up, and lose a few pounds!. (preferably like 10)
Will this even work or am I wasting my time!?
I have been doing this consistently for a week and a half now and I know it will take longer than that, but am I waiting for something that won't happen!?
And any more cardio really isn't much of an option it is hella hot here!.

Also don't tell me to join a gym or get a treadmill, I don't have any money my family is broke right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're already at your ideal weight (below it, actually) so it's really not a great idea to lose more!. The exercise you are doing sounds great, but I would suggest taking the emphasis off the calories!. Just eat a healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
