I keep thinking I need to pee - I'ts starting to drive me insane?!

Question: I keep thinking I need to pee - I'ts starting to drive me insane!?
Every night (and this is only at night time - not in the day) I think I have to go to the toilet - then I get back in bed and I think the same thing again - it's only at night and in my head i tell myself if I dont go I may wet the bed!. When I do go to the toilet - i don't actually need it!.
I also dont have a infection or anything because this is only at night!.
Also recently everynight in my dream (no matter what setting my dream is in)i am desperate to pee and i have to search for a toilet!. Sometimes i wake up but i dont need to pee!.
The whole fact that annoys me if the fact I dont need the toilet!. Its just at night I get paranoid about it!.
I have never wet the bed since I was a baby in nappies - so its not like its likely to happen!.
What can I do to get it out of my head and not have to keep going to put my mind at rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just relax - you have got caught up in a vicious cycle which you need to break! My advice is to go to the loo before you go to bed as you normally would - they DO NOT keep getting out of bed if you know you don't need to go!. Believe me, if you need to go your body will wake you up and you can pop to the loo! Occassionally, I have dreams where I am dying for the loo and in my dream I start to wee - at that moment I wake up LOL! It's like any kind of worry - ask yourself what is the worst that can happen - in your case it would be to wet the bed!. If this rare occurrance happened - so what - you will survive!. But honestly, you will not wet yourself!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really need to try to refocus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds strange, are you sure your not just relaxing at night and get similar sensations like when you relaxe to pee!? also try and not drink too much late at night so you know you woun't need the toilet!. the dreams will be because it is on your mind, and everyone has wet the bed at least once in there lives so don't worry!. i think the best thing to do is just try and forget about it and ignore it but if the feeling persists go to the doctors as it might be a water infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
