What they check depends on the severity of the cramps!. In most cases, the first visit will include questions on your lifestyle, sexual activities, and a physical exam of the area!. For me, it also included a few blood tests as well as a vaginal culture, and a follow-up appointment for an ultrasound!.

It is not for us here to determine what tests that you need!. The doctor will do an interview, probably an examination, and probably order tests!. What caused someone else's cramps may not be the same thing that is causing your cramps!.
