Answers:
easily! you did not specify the name of your anti-depressant, but if you were to go to a website, such as, or similar to http://www!.webmd!.com/ , and type in the exact name of your medication, you can read about its side effects, and i'm positive, your depressant alone could alter your period!.

there are lots of things, though, that can alter your period!.

something as simple as exercising a half hour a day can effect it in mass proportions!.

the birth control i was on made my period go away the entire 6 or so years i was taking the birth control! (no spotting, nothing! it was great, since my cycle was always very, very heavy, and painful all of the 3 to 5 days it took out of my month, it was never the same every month, some months it even made me sick)!. i've just started to see my cycle come back, almost a year and a half after i stopped taking the birth control!. crazy!

even small diet changes, in the foods you eat, dont eat, or eat less or more of can change your period drastically!.

and your vitamins you're taking will regulate your period, for most women, and the vitamins you have found regulate that!. in your case, since it came a day early for you, you might see it come a day early from now on, because the affect your vitamins have on you!. your body was just meant to work a little faster than most women's!. your body might just be a head of schedule all the time!. its not necessarily a bad thing!. lots of women count on getting their period a few days early, or a few days late!. its just the way they are!.

if the depressant you are taking, is doing things such as affecting your period, it is most likely, also affecting some other function(s) of your body, that you may or may not already be aware of!.
aside from looking at these side effects to confirm the reasons for the changes in your period, it might also be a good idea to look into what the side affects of your medication are to check into what else you might be putting yourself at a greater risk for getting, developing, or worsening, such as making any pre-existing conditions worse, or developing certain types of cancer!. its always good to be in the know!

but either way, i hope your anti depressant is everything you need it to be, as well as everything you dont need it to be, and gives you many trouble free years! best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, the pills are supposed to give you a lighter flow and regulate your cycle!.

it does depend on the type of pill your on though!.!.!. you should also look out because you're on a lot of stuff and it can all interact differently in different people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my multi vitamin and anti depressant don't have any effect on my period!. I'm not on birth control though so that may be what's doing it for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Birth control pills, definately!.!.!.Vitamins, no way, Depression pills, not sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
