Really bad period pain?!


Question: Really bad period pain!?
Hi,

I'm 13, and I've had periods for 2 years and a few months!. I've never once experienced pains, sometimes a little discomfort but nothing that hurts!. However I got my period this morning and I'm in absolute agony!. I made a hot water bottle but it didn't really help, and I've looked for some pain killers in the cupboard but couldn't find any (and I really hate taking pills anyway) Does anyone know of any natural ways to soothe the pain!? It's really, really hurting, I feel like I'm going to be sick :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't let it put you off eating!. That's the worst thing you can possibly do!. Do gentle exercise, though you won't feel like it at all!. Get a hot water bottle, take a hot bath!. Get lots of sleep!. the two ways i have seen work is first have a sitz bath in warm water that i sitting in a tub of water with your knees bent where your but and feet are in water!.

After being clean lay on your bed and masturbate your self till orgasm this is the most natural form of menstrual pain relief!.

Massage the area till orgasm and also may take zip-lock bag of ice and water placing on area for extra relief of swelling!.

CAUTION: don't leave on area for long - you can get freezer burn!.

okay the only way that has ever soothed me was going to bed and just taking a nap!. Getting your mind off of it will really help just wear comfortable clothes and loose clothing, whatever you feel best in and if you go to school then just try and stay active because that reduces cramps!. The only thing that i think would work would be pain pills!. Some people, heat pads work but for me i just take a pill with some warm milk (avoid the caffeine) and just take a nap!.

lemon and honey tea works for me as well as peppermint tea!. eat something light with it like a few crackers or toast then put a hot rag on your stomach and sleep!. it kicks in in about 15 minutes but the wait is worth it!.

sometimes laying down flat on your back helps!. other than that i'm afraid there isn;t much you can do!.

sweet tea usually does the job for me, a bit of exercise should do the trick!. poor thing, I used to get them really bad when I was younger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
