Answers:
dont freak out go to the doctor just in case cause the symptoms could be normal and you should be able to have kids afterwards if this is a tubal pregnancy the will have to terminate it!. in some cases though if you wait to long it can damage your tubes and then your chances of having more children will decrease and in worse case scenario depending on how much damage is caused a total hysterectomyWww@Answer-Health@Com

lower back pain does not mean tubal pregnancy!. Usually it means a muscle or spinal problem ( like a disc herniation), in this case you feel not just lower back pain, you also feel numbness of the leg or an intense pain in the middle of one gluteus and walking, standing up and sitting are painful!.
Tubal pregnancy is a medical emergency, the patient feels an intense abdominal pain usually one side of the abdominal area!. it gets stronger really fast, and at the same time the abdominal muscles get hard and painful!. The patient usually requires and ultrasound study that shows the embryo or the gestational sac in the tube, the pregnancy blood test is positive and the treatment is always surgery!. After surgery the patient can get pregnant again, but no so easily since only one tube remains!.
My recommendation: go to the doctor!. A GP is OK!. If he/she finds out it can be a tubal pregnancy you will be sent to a gynaecologist!. Then you will have an ultrasound study and some blood test will be done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

tubal pregnancies are very very painful, but more in the front of your lower belly!. Any pain during pregnancy is a concern, get it checked out!. I went into hospital with a suspected tubal pregnancy, but it turned out to be an ovarian cyst, quite common early in pregnancy!.
In a fallopian pregnancy, the growing foetus gets stuck in a fallopian tube and ruptures it after considerable pain (very dangerous for the mother!), after which that tube is not usable anymore, but you have two of them, so you can still have babies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A "tubal" (medical term: "ectopic) pregnancy is a life-threatening condition!. A Fallopian tube is way too small to allow a baby to develop inside of it!. A baby's growth, along with formation of a placenta, cause a lot of blood vessels to be formed!. The Fallopian tube can't stretch that much and will rupture!. When that happens, a woman can quickly bleed to death!. Don't use a home pregnancy test to check yourself at home - they will usually show "negative" when used in tubal pregnancies!. Get to a doctor for a serum (blood) pregnancy test and have a pelvic exam performed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
