Hey ladies
I was wondering if anyone had any insight for me!. I have a small zit sized bump on my nipple that doesn't go way!. A long time ago I tried to pop it thinking it was some weird zit, and white stuff came out, but it never changed in size or went away!.Any ideas on what it might be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same bumps, and I used to pop them all of the time (or at least squeeze them) because they look so gross on your boob! Anyways, I found out they are an oil gland that helps our body lubricate our nipples so they don't become too dry - if you squeeze it it will get bigger and no, it won't go away! A way to help it shrink in size though would be to use a gentle lotion that you can rub on your breasts after the shower - also, lotioning your breasts in general helps your skin keep it's elasticity - which should keep that sagging issue at bay for awhile too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
its probalby a montgomery gland or however its spelled!.!. your not suppose to pop those it produceds oil and makes your boobs bigger!.!. well from what i heard thats what it does!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
