Do you work out!? Exercise helps a great deal!. I was having lots of trouble both with the emotional side, as well as really bad periods!. I joined a gym and started working out hard!. I can't tell you what a difference it made!. My periods are so much better, regular almost, and much lighter, plus I feel so much better!. The crankiness and crying are almost nonexistent now!.
