if you think you might be getting your period soon and you dont want to mess up your sheets, then just put an extra pad on the butt part of your underwear!.
you can also put an extra WHITE sheet or blanket on top of your sheets when you go to sleep!. it should be white so that if you do mess it up, you can clorox the helI out of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your panties are white then soak then in some cold water and bleach if they are colored then soak it in some cold soapy water and hand wash them!.!.!. same for your jeans and while your washing them spray some shout and that should do the trick!.!.!.!. a tip to get rid of the heavy perio is to take birth control!.!.!. i use to have heavy periods and real bad cramps now i don't and it doesnt last as many days!.!.!. and no you don't have to be having sex to take um but if you are thats ok too!.!.!. oh and keep a calender so you'll know when your next period is coming!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
