I need a little help.?!

Question: I need a little help!.!?
I had unprotected sex on the day my period was due!. My pd!. never came and now I'm about 6 days late!. I took the 'morning after' pill 5 days late but I figured it was better than not doing anything at all!. Can it still work even tho I waited past the 72 hour time frame that I'm supposed to take it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
1) No!. There is no sense in taking the morning-after pill after 5 days!. Either take it inside the 72 h frame or not at all!. Please note that morning-after pills do not harm pregnant women or change the course of their pregnancy!. These pills are only effective before nidation!.

2) You might be pregnant, but it is quite likely that your period is just late!. Please note that having taken the morning-after pill can disrupt your periodic cycle!. There is no sure way to predict when you will have your next menstruation!. In most cases it will occur inside 7 days after taking the morning-after pill!.

3) What is called "late period": If you have a very regular cycle (i!.e!. 28-26-27-28-26) then "late" is 3 days longer than the longest cycle in the last 12 months!. If you have a medium regular cycle (i!.e!. 28-31-27-26-31) then "late" is not earlier than 5 days after the longest cycle in the last 12 months!.

4) Home pregnancy tests are not sensible before the correct "late" day!. However, in your particular case I recommend you wait at least seven days and then take a home pregnancy test if you still had no menstruation!. Earlier test might not be conclusive after taking the morning-after pill and will just be a waste of money!.

5) If you have a regular cycle, having unprotected sex on the expected day is not particularly dangerous, but still there is a chance to become pregnant!. Please be not too worried!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a chance of it working, I would go to the doctor, but at the same time you could be stressing your self and and wtih the morning after pill all that could change your cicle,
GOOD LUCKWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think so, or they wouldn't have a time frame for taking it!. You should take a pregnancy test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
