No you aren't suppose to clean the inside!. Stay away from Douche as it can cause Bactrial Vaganosis (that is kind of like a yeast infection)!. If you are sensitive down there, use a white, un-scented soap!. It is pretty hard to find a soap that is completly fragrance free so just get one that isn't very scented!. "Pure and Natural" is a pretty good one to use!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No soap just warm water on a wash cloth and sometimes it's even better not to even use wash cloth if you were going to use any kind of soap use non fragrance soap for sensitive skin!.

Try dial soap and warm water in the shower!. Yes wash the outside of your vagina and the inside as well!. (what you can reach anyway) If you want to clean your self internally (up into the vagina try using a vinegar and water douche!. (pronounced do-sh)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you wash your external genitals not the inside!.!.!.you may use soaps with low ph!.!.!.maybe about 5!.!.!.!.!.so as to not cause irritation!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
