I'm quite sure it's period pain!. But!.!.!. do you have this period pain often every time you have a period!? If it is, then it should be normal!. but if you don't have it normally, then go check with your doctor!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If this pain is something out of the ordinary for you, then I wouldn't necessarily rule out anything else!. If you don't normally have this type of pain with every period, then you could have something else wrong!. My first guess would be a bladder infection!. I had a really bad urinary tract infection that I didn't get treated right away (no insurance) and when the infection reached my bladder, I sure knew it!. I had a sharp pain right above my pubic bone that was really bad!. Sounds like what you described!. It turned out it was a bladder infection and a UTI and antiobitics cleared it right up!. You can probably safely give yourself a day or two to see if the pain subsides (in case it truly is from your period) but if it doesn't or it gets worse, I would see a doctor right away!. It might not hurt to go ahead and make an appointment with a gynecologist if the pain does go away when your period does either though, because there may be something wrong still!. Dull aches and cramping are pretty normal with periods, but I don't think that the pain you are describing is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds really painful!
I would say, if you don't get your period in the next 3 days, go and see your doctor!.
You normally will develop those severe period pains at the beginning of your menstrual cycle!.
If it gets worse I would definitely consider you going to see your local doctor!.

To get rid of the pain, just take it easy for the next couple of days and take the recommended amounts of Panadeine (its the next level up from panadol) or nurofen

=D Hope ur feeling better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can always do some cramp stretches like : leaning on a flat wall with your arm stretched to the top and your other arm on your knee to take the pressure of your stomach that stretch works for me but you can always try another stretch witch is when you kneel on the floor and then put your hands on the ground and slide them down so that your in a position where your bums in the air and your body's on an angleWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take something like Ibruprofen (works better on muscle ache than Paracetamol) and put a hot water bottle over where it hurts and it will soon go away!.

I know its uncomfortable but doing sport on your period eases period pain as working the muscles relaxes them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not much except tale Tylenol etc!. or sit with a heating pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think u should go and see ur doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
