Nervous to aks my mom to let me use tampons?!
Question: Nervous to aks my mom to let me use tampons!?
I am always nervous to ask or tell my mom something!. I was nervous to tell her i started my period(i have had my period for 9 months), nervous to ask to shave my legs, and more!. My mom let me shave!.
I do Taekwon-do, and other sports!. With my experience, pads are bulky, give you wedgies, but are o!.k!. to wear normally!.
Me and my mom have a really close bond!. she treats me as a sister!.
I am confused to ask her or not to let me use tampons!. But how do i ask her!? Which brand is best for first time users!?

i think it is great that you have such a good relationship with your mom!. i didn't!. i think that you should bring it up either on the way to the store soon before you start!. that way, in the car, there are less interruptions and before you start it would make sense!. tell her the issue you're having with pads and your activities!. i'm fairly sure she'll understand!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry I've had the same type of nervousness when I'm speaking to my mom about something!. But it's better to approach her in a good way about it!. My mom freaked out when she found them in my room!.
Just tell her that tampons are more convenient, cleaner, and you'd like to try it!. I'd say Tampax is good, get the plastic ones, not the cardboard ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

like everyone said talk to her it will be ok there really isn't any reason why she should say no!. another option if for some reason she does say no is to switch to ultra-thins!. I wear pads and i have never had a wedgie and i sometimes actually forget i am wearing one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
