Only 10!? Wow!. Girls are starting younger and younger these days!. I was just about to turn 12 when I started!. Welcome to womanhood!. Since you're a gymnast, you'll probably want to use a tampon!. There are tampons that are small and made for younger women!. That's probably what you'll want to use while you're in the gym!. The most imporant part to using one is to insert it correctly!. If you don't, you'll experience some uncomfort!. If it's done right, you won't feel anything!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

talk to your doctor about it and decide what the best option for you is
and please learn to type, your question is extremely hard to read and understand

and also, you shouldn't even be on here if you're only 10
it says in the community guidelines that for safety reasons children under 13 are not permitted to ask or answer questions, so i guess technically i could report your questionWww@Answer-Health@Com

Don't listen to Jay R!. She probably hasn't ever tried a tampon!. If I were you, I would use a tampon!. Since you are a gymnast, this is probably your best bet!. Tampax Slimfits are great for a light flow, and Playtex Sport is great if your flow is heavy and you are active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sure you can get 'ultra-thin' pads that would be appropriate for gymnastics!. They cannot be seen as well as regular pads and offer the same protection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ultra- thin pads are good!.
or pantiliners, if it's light!.
tampons are great!.
if you're okay with them!.
try beinggirl!.com-you can find answers to questions like this there!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont use tampons
pads are better
and you should talk to an instructure or something
hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
