Answers:
Yes through an Ultrasound!. The ultrasound shows blood flow through the uterus as well as the thickness!. The lining of the uterus changes during menstruation!. It starts out thicker, once you start to bleed it gets thinner, this is due to the sloughing of the uterine lining!. It takes 3-7 days to completely shed the lining!. The blood flow to the uterus will be higher before you period!. Your doctor may have been referencing your past menstrual history!. Your period normally comes around the same time every month and your doctor may have been looking at that!. As far as what your doctor was looking for in your urine it may have been certain proteins or acids!. If you have any weird feelings or pain you may want to see your doctor!. If not you can wait a month to see if your period comes next month!. If it does not I would definitely make an appointment to see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was 12 I asked the doctor that and he said there's no way to tell!. She was probably judging from a hormone level in your urine!. It's perfectly normal to skip and be irregular for several years at the beginning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the doctor probably tested to see if you were pregnant!.

it's normal for your period to be off every once in a while!.
especially in the begining if your young!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
