Am i becoming more anemic?!

Question: Am i becoming more anemic!?
I am 31 weeks pregnant!. I had a routine blood test at 25 weeks which my iron levels were also checked!. I had very high iron levels at the start of my pregnancy at 6 weeks (15 hemoglobin, 42 hematocrit) basicallyan "A plus"!. But at 25 weeks, my iron levels dropped to 33!.9 (normal range 34-42) which is as my OB called it "almost normal"!.
I am 31 weeks pregnant now and lately have been peristently (these past few days) getting colder and out of breath a little, and also stomach distress (like diahrreah etc)!. Also have headaches and soemtimes feel really nauesous and just out of it!. I know this goes with pregnancy esp in 3rd trimester, and I know anemia is common during pregnancy, but I dont see my OB til the 16th of this month!. I am worried my iron levels have dropped even more!. It was startling to see they had gone from an "a plus" at the start to a "d" basically at 25 weeks!. My OB just said not to worry bc my iron levels were almost normal and to just take prenatals!. I do but still feWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
the most common sign of anemia is tiredness!. and this can happen in anyone!. if you are worried just eat more iron!. not that big of a deal!. get a steak for dinner!. have some peanut butter cookies!. it will go up immediately!. if you don't eat meat then eat beans!. you should have this everyday!. iron is important!. so go ahead grab a bag of peanuts or a philly cheesesteak sandwich!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are that concerned, call your ob/gyn and tell them!. If your doctor is not concerned, then don't worry about it!. The 16th will be here before you know it!. No one can tell if your iron levels are getting lower unless you have bloodwork done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
