Question: Maneuvering birth control pills!?
I am currently on a one-month pill, ortho tri-cyclen lo (sp!?)!. The way it is timed now, I will be on my period during a weekend I'd rather not be!. I was thinking of waiting a week between cycles so that everything will begin and end later and I can avoid this problem!. Is that safe!? If not, what would you suggest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can skip the inactive pills and just start a new pack thus avoiding your period all together, then just wait and have your period the following month, it won't hurt anything but some insurances won't pay for this option or you could just change your pill to seasonale which goes for 3 months straight before you have a period!. what ever is easiest for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
