Not to my knowledge!. I have been on birth control since I was sixteen until I was 23!. Then off from 23 to 26!. Now I am back on birthcontrol!. I have been on about five different ones and my boobs have remained the same size!. Some birh control pills can cause weight gain and most women gain weight in their boobs so I guess you could say it was because of the birthcontrol!. But as for it just adding weight to your boobs, I don't think so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
