I have found the Midol really works much better, at least for me!. Also I use a heating pad t relieve some of the pain!. You can also try moving around or lightly rubbing your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take a hot bath and relax!.!.!.!. Then get a heating pad on your tummy and lay down!.!.!. That works for me!.!.!. And also Motrin works better than Tylenol!Www@Answer-Health@Com
