Question: What can i do to stop leaking overnight when i have my period!?
i wear big pads, and i'm thinking of wearing a tampon and a pad because nothing is working!.!.!.ugh what can i do!?!? i have a sleepover i'm going to tonight and i have my period and i don't want to leak!. Please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is safe to keep your tampon in for 8 hours in my opinion!. Ive done it many times and not had a problem!. So get some extra super absorbancy tampons, put a sleep pad on , and if your really paranoid put a mini pad on top of it!. Ive done this combination before at a sleepover because i was very paranoid and i had just got my period that year and it was very odd and heavy!.!. so i think that should work for you!. Also exercising helps lighten your period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are going to a sleepover, I am guessing you will NOT be sleeping 6-8 hours at a stretch!. Change your tampon right before going to sleep and again if you wake up during the night!. An overnight pad and a tampon together is your best option!. Do bring something to put under you just in case!. And do not forget, your period is a natural thing!. Leaks might be embarrassing but they happen to everyone!. Don't wear white, protect the sheets, do what you can as far as tampons and pads and relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you shouldn;t wear a tampon overnight!. if you do, change it halfway through the night!. leaving a tampon in for more than 6-8 hours may lead to toxic shock syndrome!. birth control pills can make you period lighter, but i don't know if you want to go that far, and that wont help you for sleepover tonight!.
i guess you should change it often and maybe wear two, side by side!.!.!.!? that might not work, but if you overlap them they will!. and get the kind that have wings, they stay in place better!.

If it's really heavy use 'super' tampon, if it's normal use 'regular' tampon!.

Use a super plus tampon and a pad underneath!. That should take care of the problem!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
