Question: Why does she do this!?
My friend smokes and tans and she is 20!.She plays sports, but doesn't eat healthy!.Well it's so-so!.

Well, I would perhaps approach the subject in a careful, kind way!. Like saying 'don't you worry about the damage that tanning and smoking can do to you!?'!. You should be able to judge by her reaction to this whether to take it any further or not!.
If she doesn't take it kindly, then drop the subject!. You're her friend, and you've tried to help, but you cannot tell her how to lead her life!.
If she doesn't stop and, heaven forbid, has to face the potential consequences, then she can't blame anyone but herself!.

it depends on how close is your friendship and smoking is really bad for women's and especially if she doesn't eat i think she doesn't eat because cigarettes fills her up and that all she need but you should try to get her these nutrition bars and start from there and then have lunch together and keep on doing it until she starts eating regularly and i know she would be really thankful for that and if you guys are true friend and even if she gets mad at you for telling her about smoking
then within a week you guys will be friends again or month maximum trust me ok so don't worry about her getting mad at you !.!.!. good luck with everything
