Question: UTI crisis, can i take tylenol!?
im fourteen years old!. this is the second time i have suffered from a uti!. the other time was a year ago around this month!. my mom found out and i was grounded for the whole summer!. i dont really feel like being grounded this whole summer so i dont want her to find out!. i was going to go to urgent care to get the pee-in-a-bottle and get the meds!. i went there for the same reason last year!.
could i go anywhere else!?
if i go alone, will urgent care or anywhere else deny me treatment!?
and as im waiting during school and today and tonight, can i take painkillers or tylenol or is that bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OH MY GOD! This isn't your fault!. She probably thinks it has something to do with sexual activity but I'm sure for you, it doesn't!. I HAD THE SAME THING SINCE I WAS 13 AND I'M 25 NOW!. I have had recurrent UTI & if left untreated with anti-biotics it can spread to the kidneys & you could die!. They never knew exactly what was wrong until just this year, and I needed surgery to help!. But I still get the UTI's!. Tell your mom you need to go to the DR right away & if she doesn't the you need to call someone with social services!.!.!.you CAN'T ignore this! Let her ground you!.!.!.whatever you know you can't take this!.!.!.the longer you wait the more painful it will be!. If you can call your grandparent & have them take you to Urgent care!. Let your mom read this too so she knows how important it is not to mess around with!. I'm a medical scool student so I've also seen my share of things like this & trust me the longer you put it off the sooner you will need a kidney removed!.!.!.if you make it that far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
why the heck would your mom ground you for having a uti!? anyways yes you can take tylenol etc!. but you need to get some real antibiotics because they can make you so sick! i got one and it got to my kidneys and i couldn't eat, drink, nothing and i threw up 24'7!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
