I'm 14 almost 15 I'm 5'4" and...?!
Question: I'm 14 almost 15 I'm 5'4" and!.!.!.!?
I weigh 112lbs!. I play lacrosse, soccer for two seasons, basketball, run and train for 10 mile road races!. I am also a vegetarian if this info is important!. Would that indicate that I am mostly muscle!? (I know muscle weighs more than fat) My mom is 5'3" and 125 lbs and is always saying how fat she is!. This makes me feel really self conscious!. How can I feel better about this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get your body fat index tested, to me you sound like mostly muscle with all the athletic stuff you do, and if YOU don't think you're mom's fat, then she's not!. Everyone has their own self concience about their weight!.!.!. She surely doesn't sound fat anyway!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont worry about what others think! that is step one!. if you are working out and exercising and eating healthy that is the best thing you can do!. muscle does not exactly weigh more than fat!. if you have 1 pound of muscle you have one pound of fat!. the difference is fat takes up more room!. it seems like you are in great shape to me!. i wouldnt worry about it!. just concentrate on YOU!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Girl! i can relate! im 14, and 5'3"!. im a ballerina, so i have alot of muscle!. i weigh 103!. i am supposed to weigh about 115!. but like i said im a ballerina (since age 3) so its not going tohappen!. oh about your mom!.!.!.!.ALL moms think that they are fat!. its a mom fact of life!. totally normal!. you are NOT fat you are ALL muscle!. you sound like one of my friends!. lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
