Missed period but period pains.... Is the pill finally working or......?!

I am on the pill Cerazette and have been for almost 3 months now (I was on microgen 30 before)!.!. My last period was more than a month ago and the worst period I have ever had so I am actualy quite late for this period!.!. The pill im taking is actualy meant to take away your periods and also the pains so Im not sure If thats whats its doing right now (except the pain part) but it doesnt work for everybody the same way!.!. Ive been having period pains since last tuesday but no period and Im not sure whats going on!.!. Ive heard some people get pregnant on the pill and i am very sexualy active and have been since ive been taking it!.!. I know its not 100% but Im just wondering what you think!? Could it mean the pill is finally working!? Ive never been this late for a period ever!.!.
