I have NO will power!!...?!

I'm seventeen, and im not fat or obese but i'm gaining wieght i dont like, in my stomach!. This is also a problem becuase it is making me unhealthy!. so i have like plans and stuff and goals in my head to do better, but i just dont have any will power to do them!
what i want takes over what i need!.
i need to sop myself from eating the way i do, and i know thats what i have to do!. i just dont have the will power to do it!.
