Whats an OBGYN?? do we have them here in Canada? whats it stand for?!

It's an obstetrician/gynecologist!. They are doctors who specialize in pregnancy and birth (the obstetrician part) and in women's health in general, especially as related to the reproductive organs (the gynecologist part)!.
