I know it's unlikely due to the fact most men's penis being under eleven inches, but what kind of force would it take to tear into or force into a woman's cervix during intercourse or foreplay and what sort of effect would it have on the woman!? Would she be in pain, numbing shock, or what!?

I think POWERBOX is on the right track!. Depends on how long the man`s penis is and how forceful the thrusting, it would indeed be possible to bruise the cervix, but not get past that point to enter the uterus!.
