I don't know if any medication will make you 'happy' i'm sure there are meds that can make you euphoric but in the long term it's quite short lived!. Anti depressants can help with bad moods and if the moods are aggressive there are sedative types of medications that can keep you calm, they may not make you happy per se but they will lead to improvements that will ultimately leave you feeling better!.

Though it's hard to tell if you're situation is at the point where you need medications since there are other, probably healthier alternatives!.!. I guess if it's really a concern the best thing to do would be to speak to a doctor about it!.

It's also good to see a doctor to make sure your moods aren't being caused by biological things like blood pressure problems or anything along those lines!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you take any mediations now!? Some medications can alter mood!.

Exercise has been shown to work as well as antidepressants, many people feel mood elevation within a few days of starting a routine!.

OTC things that may help depression include B-complex, ginseng, SAM-E, st john's wort!. Kava Kava, valerian and catnip are great for anxiety!.

Antidepressants work really well for lots of people, and can be used for just a few months; if you are really feeling crappy, talk to a psychiatrist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise, drink plenty of water, take your vitamins, eat healthy foods try staying away from MSG, remember to breathe, researchers in UCLA found out that some people stops breathing for up to one minute without even noticing, take it easy enjoy your life I recommend you read a book called "Don't sweat the small stuff!.!.!. and it's all small stuff" by Richard Carlson!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to your dr and talk to him!. He may refer you to a therapist or someone that can help you work through your anger issues!. Just because you are angry doesnt mean that you need medication!. Try taking some relaxation time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you possibly pregnant!?! Sounds like raging hormones to me!.

Try drinking some herbal tea, taking a walk, getting some sun, taking a multi vitamin, and eating healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
