Sleeping woes...?!


Question: Sleeping woes!.!.!.!?
ive been sleeping really well lately however iuts making me feel tired all day and exhausted, come bed time im ready to pass out!.!.!.!.any tips on how i can feel better during the day and have a bit more energy!? any thoughts would be appreciated thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If by sleeping well you mean more often, I'd cut that out!. Oversleeping can cause fatigue just like lack of sleep!. Your body needs a regular cycle to stay healthy!. One or two hours extra here and there is fine, but if you were used to 8 hours a night and have recently slept many nights for 10 hours, that's likely your problem right there!.

Drink lots of water, cut out some of the heavier foods you eat, and exercise!. Believe it or not, exercise actually helps energize your body by boosting your metabolism!. Go for a brisk walk for 10 minutes after you wake up in the morning, I'd almost guarantee you'll feel better and last longer throughout the day!.
