It's almost always caused by hormones -- and at your age, the hormones causing them to develop are in full swing! It's also sometimes an early indicator of your upcoming period!.!.!. or, of early pregnancy, but only you know whether that's a possible cause for you!. :)
Chamomile tea is a great herbal remedy for body aches associated with hormones (breast aches, menstrual cramps) and Tylenol isn't bad either!. Try some of both!.

This symptom is pretty normal for most women!. It means that your breasts are growing!. This can also happen (breast tenderness and aches) right before you get your period each month!. If you are extremely concerned abt this or if it becomes too painful, please go see your doctor for further evaluation!. Hope this helps ease your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
