Menstral cycles are counted from the first day of menstration!. Lets say you started your period on May 1 - count 28 day - therefore you should start your next period on May 29th!. It doesn't matter how many days you actually have bleeding!. It goes from the first day of the period to the next first day of a period!. Keep in mind that everyone woman is different so your cycle could be every 27 days or every 30 days or it could be a different number of days each month!. Stress, life and all kinds of things effect it but this is a good guideline to follow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
