Well it would really depend on the woman's age!. My mother stayed on her period for about three weeks once!. It was due to menopause!. They had to put her on birth control pills for a while to get it to stop!. And the same thing happened to my sister-in-law!. So it most likely is hormone related!. When i had anorexia just a few years back!. My menstrual cycle just stopped for full 6 mths!. It returns back to normal when i eventually starts to eat normally!. Not to mention, my weight gained back!.!.!. !.!.!. Exasperating life that girls have!.!.!.!. *Sigh!.!.!. !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
my friends mum was on her blob for like!.!. months!. i dont know how long exactly but she isnt very old so it cant be menopause!.

When I was 15, my bestfriend who at the time was 19 just had those contraceptive injections and was on the blob was about 8 weeks!. Hah!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
