talk to your mom and make a plan!. i know it embarrising and annoying but its all life and if it make you feel safe ask your mom for 2-4 pads keep half of them in your room and the other half in your bag that you take to school or better yet put them in a purse and put the purse in the bag, this way if you go somewhere on the weekend you have them in your purse!. periods are annoying but not the really bad!. some girls are lucky and have no cramps other bad!. so be aware of the consequences of being a girl!.!.!.and usually you get your period a few years after you start wearing brasWww@Answer-Health@Com
It is a very scary time for a girl when you are waiting for your period!. I presume you mean for the first time!. My parents were not around when I got my first period!. I kept it to my self for about 4 months but it was so scary at the time!. Just make sure you have some sanitary towels (I'd use ST's instead of Tampons until you get used to your period)!.
Do you have a friend who has already started that you could speak to about it!? Honestly, it is nothing to be afraid of it is a perfectly natural part of life!. Unfortunatley it is us ladies that have to put up with it!.

Start wearing panti liners (You can buy them at the dollar tree), and go ahead and buy pads or tampons if you wish!. I would recommend you start with pads!. You wear the panti liners because then your period won't come to unexpectedly!. You'l know when you've started because you'll see it on the liner!. Then you just start using pads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
