Why is my body always aching?!


Question: Why is my body always aching!?
every night something different hurts me its nothing major but its annoying!. its either somewhere next to my ribs hurting, my heart usually feel like i have gas, sometimes my abdomen feels like little sharp pains, and sometimes i feel a burning sensation next to my ribs whats wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u been workign out then u have been feeling the sting that brings that body you want out!.!.!.Keep going though but it's not suppose to hurt ya all the time just only in the beginning which is about a few days no more than 10 at the most becuz you are developing a new pattern now!.!.!.The body is trying to adapt & it's doing so & be easy ok!.Don't quick now keep going sweety you can do it!.!.!.That body you want is in the making slowly by slowly you gonna love it when it get it ok~1~!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if your test come back negitive and they tell you nothings wrong , Thats because thats what your tested said, But I went too doctors for 12 years and all the test came back negative on me and one doctor even had the balls to say i was crazy , and I punched him in his month,for I hurt so bad that half the time felt like crying,But then I found a good doctor he told me what was wrong with me!. I HAVE FIBROMALLErgy, Hurt everywheree my hole spine ,my shoulders ,legs and arms!. ITs a very painfull condition and no medicines to help it yet, But I beileve the FDA found a medicine that may help some people!. take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well sometimes we overwork our bodies!.

In the abdomen it could be indigestion!. Try taking a Zantac (Generic Rantidine) with your meal for a week and see if that helps!.

If you eat properly, do some exercise, don't over-indulge in anything nasty and you're not 60 years old or more, then this is not normal and you should go and have a really good chat with, and a complete physical from, your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do not change places of sleep!. stick to one place!. try to lie on right side or lie down flat!. drink a cup of water while going to bed!. try this for a week and ask a question to me if still you are having the same problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
