i really dont think so, because when you do become a women you have made mistakes, and learned from them!. u can get ur period at 12!. and at 12 ur still not old enuff to learn from ur mistakes!.

no, there are a lot of different factors to becoming a woman!. getting your period is just a stepping stone!. heck, i'm 22, had my period for like 8 years now, and i rarely refer to myself as a woman lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
