I was super nervous at first, and i was getting my muscles all tense, so you need to be relaxed first off!. You can turn on some tunes and chill before you give it go!. I use my pointer finger for the top of the tampon and your thumb and pinky fingers to hold open the vagina!. Hipefully you know wich hole it goes it, it will be the only one that fits! You don;t want to aim the tampon directly up, you aim the tampon at the small of your back, this is the way your "canal" is built!. Then you just push the little thing in and up the tampon goes!. Make sure you keep holding the applicator as you push, or the tampon will be not far enough in!. It can feel weird at first and uncomfortable but the blood will soak up the cotton or whatever that stuff is and it will be more comfortable!. Hope this helps you out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well I just had to this morning lol! so I guess I could give some tips!. I always do it sitting on the toilet with my legs spread!. I lean forward, take the tampon and place the bottom of the top of the applicatr and place it firmly between my thumb and middle finger!. then I put the top of the applicator in my vagina, and use my pointer finger to push up on the very bottom of the applicator where the string is hangin out!. The biggest thing would be making sure you have it up in there well!. Never put two in at once, just because u could forget and u dont want to leave one on accident!. I always buy super absorbent because I'd rather have to much absorbency than to little!. I also have neve really used the ones with deodarant because it can be very irritating to your urinary tract and vagina to used scented or perfumed things!. Also its always polite to place the used applicator back in the wrapping or wrap it in toilet paper before throwing in the trash!. I also always wrap the used tampon in toilet paper before putting it in the trash can!. It inhibits immediate odors escaping and also no one wants to see our used tampons!. Many say flushable applicator but I dont trust that and If I were u I wouldnt flush them, talk about embarrasment when you clog the toilet ya know!. Also if you see ablood clot come out on your tampon dont freak, thats normal!. Unless you clot like constantly and if its larger than a quarter otherwise pretty normal!. Also to avoid cramps and bloating steer clear from caffiene and salt a week or two before your period & always keep spare tampons in your purse or backpack!. hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
