no need to buy anything (unless of course all you have is junk food) but to lose that much weight it is super important to document your calorie intake EVERDAY!. first find out how much you need to eat per day to maintain weight, then found out how much you will eat to lose weight (and working out is a must!.!.!.even if its just walking for 30 minutes 3 times a week(not sure if that'll get your goal though))
Also when documenting!.!.!.if you don't know its calories try looking it up online
and even once a week you should have a day when you aren't dieting (not going too overboard either) but that way you're metabolism will boost up for the next week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go on the south beach diet!. You don't have to actually eat the food (its really gross) but I think you pay $5!.00 on their website to look at their plan!.
The first 2 weeks is phase 1 and so on!. My boyfriend found out he had diabetes and we went on this diet together and in the first 2 weeks I lost 8 pounds!. I also walked every night and I even "felt healthier!." It is really snack friendly which is great because usually on diets you can't snack and it makes you binge more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
