Are PMS symptoms as stereotyped in other countries as they are in the US?!

Question: Are PMS symptoms as stereotyped in other countries as they are in the US!?
In Europe, Asia, and Latin American countries, is it culturally normative to use PMS as a scapegoat for irritability!?

Here, if a girl is bitcchy or snaps at a friend/boyfriend, would he say "Oh, it's just because she is PMSing"!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, other countries don't eat the truckloads of crap that women in the USA eat so they don't get the symptoms like American women do!. PMS isn't such a big deal in other countries!. (
