yes every 4-6 hours!.!.!.def not longer than 8 hours!.!.!.but if your flow is heavy then chnage it when you think you need to (when it doesnt feel comfortable and it feels gross)
i know it was kinda freaky and uncomfortable at first!.!.!.but youll get used to it!.!.!.later check and see if you can use tampons!.!.!.they are soo much better but you NEED to make sure you are responsible enough to remove them before 8 hours or you can get TSS!.!.!.that is very dangerous, plus tampons can leak!.!.!.i hope you are doin ok!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends on your flow
if YOU just got it then probably 4 hours
but if have spotted before this you are most likely to get a heavier flow because you are younger it seems
so i would change every 2-4 hours

every 4-6 hours but it really depends how heavy your flow is!. but never leave a pad on for more then 8 hrs!. and talk to you mom before you start using tampons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
