Does a Pap test hurt?!

Question: Does a Pap test hurt!?
this may be a stupid question but

does a pap test hurt and can you do one if you are a virginWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
no honey they don't hurt!. Yes, you can have one done while you are a virgin!.

The most you will feel is a slight pinch as the doctor scrapes a bit of tissue!.

It is however uncomfortable, but there is no pain!. It may bleed slightly, but that is OK and common!.

There is nothing to be afraid of!. Just try to relax and if you have a good doctor they will talk to you while they do the procedure to distract you and the next thing you know, it's over with!. The best thing about it is that it's a quick procedure, so you can wipe off the gel and put your pants back on!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not a stupid question ~ its a good one!. Probably the best way to describe it is a bit uncomfortable!. It is not pain like a needle, but it can be a little difficult when they swab!. I have had several in the course of my 50 years on earth ~ some more uncomfortable than others!. I think the skill of the Dr!. performing the task makes a difference, along with your biological status at the time of the test!. But don't worry ~ it is over in a jiffy! Read this article to discover why it is important to go through this discomfort!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The pain varies form person to person, I had my first pap when I was a virgin and it was uncomfortable, and even after becoming sexual active, it's still pretty uncomfortable for me!. If you have a good Doctor, they'll go through all the steps with you to help you relax, and have a relatively pain free procedure!. (and as everyone said, it's pretty quick)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will feel a slight poking-needle feeling in there for just a few seconds!. It does hurt, but once again it last for nearly 5 seconds!. Other than that, it doesnt hurt!.
