Answers:
It is true that sex can help relieve cramping!. This is because when you have an orgasm, endorphins are released in the brain!. These are natural pain killers!. But no, it doesn't get rid of all cramping for the rest of your life!. It's a temporary relief only!.

I would recommend you stick with regular exercise, hot packs or Midol!. First of all, you are not yet ready to have sex!. Another thing, chances are extremely slim that you will have an orgasm should you choose to lose your virginity!. This is due to you not knowing how your body works, and very few partners at your age would know how to keep open communication to ensure a good time is had by all!. One thing you could try is masturbation!. This could help you in a couple ways!. You'd be learning about how your body works for when you are actually ready for sex!. And if you are capable of bringing yourself to orgasm, you may have the relief you're looking for!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Orgasms can help relieve menstrual cramps, but I don't know about losing your virginity!. Maybe if abdominal pain is associated with using tampons with hymen it might help!.!.!.!.!.!?

as far as what vilot said!.!.!. the muscles around the uterus contract to help the uterus shed it's lining, not slow down blood loss!. The blood that comes out during your period has been in your uterus and out of your circulatory system for some time!. You're not going to bleed out or anything lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Another playground/ bathroom mirror rumour, I'm afraid!.

Lost my virginity at 19, now I'm 20 years older and still getting the 'hot wire attached to the 10-tonne weight' every month!.
And up til she hit the menopause, my mother had the evil man trying to turn her innards into balloon animals!.

So!.!.!.!. it's not true!.
Nope!.
My solution - hot water bottle and chocolate!.
Lasts longer than the sex thing anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No this is false!. Abdominal pain or cramps occur due to constriction of the uterine muscles to slow down blood loss!. It occurs more the heavier the period is, and varies from woman to woman!. It is not related to virginity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
